Supply Chain Service Private Limited provides maritime provisioning, ship chandling, vessel spares logistics, transport coordination, and related supply chain services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
3. Quotations & Orders
All quotations provided by Supply Chain Service are valid for the period stated in the quotation document. If no period is stated, quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Acceptance of a quotation by the client constitutes a binding order. We reserve the right to decline or modify orders based on availability, logistics constraints, or safety considerations. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of GST unless specified.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in each quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing: • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date • Late payments may attract interest at 2% per month on outstanding balances • We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts All prices are subject to change based on supplier costs, freight rates, and market conditions.
5. Delivery & Risk
We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver goods and services within the agreed timeframes. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in goods passes to the client upon delivery to the agreed delivery point. Title to goods passes upon receipt of full payment. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including port congestion, weather events, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Supply Chain Service Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Supply Chain Service's total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

We treat all client information with complete confidentiality. We will not disclose your vessel details, cargo requirements, or commercial arrangements to any third party without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfil our contractual obligations to you.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
